Job Description
Watchmaker Genomics is seeking a highly skilled Patent Agent to join their legal team and drive innovation. This individual will oversee all aspects of the company’s intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, ensuring compliance and strategy. The role focuses on guiding IP strategy and providing support across transactional, licensing, and due diligence processes.
Requirements
- JD + a minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- USPTO registration as a Patent Agent
- Familiarity with IP issues in genomics, diagnostics, or enzyme technologies
- Strong writing and communication skills
