Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant HR or recruitment coordination experience (post college)
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently with strong personal accountability, time management, and initiative
- Comfort with handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Proficiency with Google Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS tools
- General understanding of HR processes, compliance considerations, and employment best practices
- Interest in contributing to People & Culture projects beyond core recruiting coordination responsibilities
