Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing large B2B SaaS paid budgets
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and automation-driven campaign management
• Exceptional analytical capability across GA4, HubSpot, and direct ad platforms
• Proven ability to lead a high-performance team with weekly review loops and strict decision deadlines
• Experience building structured, high-velocity experimentation and testing programs
