Job Description
Wati is seeking a seasoned Staff/Lead Product Manager to develop and execute their AI-native platform for business-to-business (B2B) messaging. They focus on building deeper customer relationships and accelerating revenue growth for over 14,000 customers in over 100 countries. This role involves collaborating with various teams and understanding customer needs to drive product development and innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience building new features from conception to launch
- Experience leading engineering and design discussions
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Eye for design
- Strong data skills
- Good presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve customer problems
- Ability to work in a small team setting
