At Wave, we help small businesses thrive and we're looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team. As a trusted advisor and accounting department for our small business clients, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 0-2 years of general work experience
• Previous experience in cloud accounting
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills
• Stellar communication skills with the ability to convey accounting concepts in lay terms
• Attention to detail is critical in this role
• Resourcefulness
• Previous working experience with small businesses is a plus
