Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow retail client acquisition and influencer/KOL/affiliate ecosystems across the EEA region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital assets, ideally within a crypto exchange or trading platform
- Proven business development experience with an existing network of influencers, affiliates, KOLs, or traders
- Demonstrated success in onboarding new clients or partners and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks in digital assets
