Job Description
Our client is building and scaling a high-volume, performance-driven newsletter portfolio and is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to fully own newsletter growth, engagement, and monetization.
Requirements
- Strong experience in email marketing
- Deep understanding of email performance metrics: open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue per send
- Hands-on experience managing multiple email campaigns at scale
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Strong editorial and layout instincts (formatting, hierarchy, readability)
- Excellent organization — able to manage 15–20+ newsletters simultaneously
- Strong QA mindset: zero tolerance for broken links, typos, or formatting errors
- High level of English: C1
