Engagement Manager, Retail

As an Engagement Manager, you will have full accountability for the success of your clients, managing client expectations, identifying potential solutions, and participating in business development and proposal creation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing & delivering Data & Analytic solutions
• 3+ years of subject matter expertise in Retail (preferred)
• Prior experience working in a strategic consulting capacity managing client relationships and projects
• Experience leading strategy and end-to-end data implementation projects
• Experience with cloud-based analytics implementations, AWS/Azure
• Experience working with C-Level executives and Executive Leadership teams
• Demonstrated experience meeting target of $2-4M annually in managed revenue sales
• Demonstrated experience in building strong delivery teams
• The ability to motivate others to drive results
• Demonstrated success in expanding the footprint within an account
