Orientation and Mobility Specialist l/II, Davidson Program for Independence

At Wayfinder Family Services, we provide comprehensive rehabilitation programs for vulnerable children, youth, and adults, including those with disabilities, blindness, and visual impairment. The Orientation and Mobility Specialist will assist adults in developing orientation and mobility skills, financial management, and independent living skills.

Requirements

• Master's degree in special education, rehabilitation, or related field with an emphasis in orientation and mobility
• Valid CA Driver License with a minimum of three (3) years good driving history
• ACVREP certification in orientation and mobility (for Orientation and Mobility Specialist II)
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment for individuals who are blind or visually impaired
