Waymo, an autonomous driving technology company, seeks a Principal Software Engineer for its Commercialization team. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technical leadership in dynamic, large-scale software development with an emphasis on backend and distributed systems
- Leadership in navigating ambiguous complexities and driving outcomes in highly cross-functional contexts often crossing multiple team boundaries
- Habitually data-driven approach to problem identification, prioritization, and solution evaluation
- Ability to balance short-term needs against long-term goals
