They are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to lead the development of scalable AI/ML infrastructure for multi-billion parameter foundation models in simulations. This role involves designing and scaling systems, collaborating with research and real-world teams, and ensuring architectural decisions meet technical and business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years in machine learning infrastructure development
- Solid experience in development and optimization of ML infrastructure tools like DeepSpeed, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Ray, or similar frameworks
- Experience with machine learning models and algorithms like autoregressive transformers
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication skills
