Shared Living Provider

Shared Living Providers open their homes to support adults with developmental disabilities, providing a family setting and helping with life skills and goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check(s)
• Clean driving record, driver's license, and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with ID/DD is preferred but not required
• DSP and CPR certifications
