We are looking for an Inside Sales - Verticais to support the external commercial team directly, focusing on accelerating the B2B sales cycle, increasing conversion rates and pipeline predictability.
Requirements
- Qualify outbound leads in conjunction with the Sales Executives
- Actively contact clients, always aligned with the external seller’s strategy
- Work in partnership with Product Managers and the Pre-sales team
- Create commercial proposals and send them to clients
- Support in mapping decision makers and influencers on opportunities
- Register and update information in the CRM (pipeline, activities, history)
- Prepare a complete briefing of accounts and opportunities for the external team
- Follow up on proposals in progress and perform follow-ups
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes
- Support in increasing the pipeline and forecast predictability
