Construction Safety Manager

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to oversee and implement safety measures on data center construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, and proven experience as a Safety Manager in data center or construction projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting safety inspections, training and education, incident management, compliance and regulation, safety communication, risk assessment, and safety performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
• Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role in data center or construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards within the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement safety programs successfully
• Certifications such as OSHA 500s, CSP (Certified Safety Professional), or equivalents are highly desirable
• Analytical mindset to identify potential risks and suggest proactive solutions
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards
