IT Support Manager (Microsoft 365 Admin)

We're looking for an IT Support Manager to lead and evolve our support operations and administer our MS365 Platform. As a driven and smart individual, you'll design scalable support processes, manage support staff, and handle Microsoft 365 administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration & Security
• Comfortable managing users, devices, and systems across Windows and macOS
• Familiar with helpdesk platforms
• Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
