MEP Project Manager

As the Owner’s Representative, you will serve as a key on-site resource overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scope for a large-scale data center construction project.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in construction management, with a focus on MEP systems and/or commissioning.
• Industry experience with mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, or complex industrial/technology facilities).
• Strong understanding of high-voltage distribution, UPS systems, HVAC and cooling infrastructure, and life safety systems.
• Commissioning expertise (Cx) and knowledge of ASHRAE Guideline 0 and Integrated System Testing (IST) standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, and test scripts.
