MEP Project Manager

Overwatch is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components of large-scale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MEP systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, and water systems.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale MEP installations and ensure they meet design and performance requirements.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MEP design software, such as Revit, and project management tools like Procore and Bluebeam.
• Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments.
