Job Description
We are looking for an Account Director to support our Client Service-Team at our locations in Munich or Berlin. We create ideas worth talking about and understand social behavior within online communities, cultures and subcultures that span the entire social landscape.
Requirements
- Supervision and leadership of Account Managers
- Motivation and development of the team
- Project control and quality management
- Liaison person for clients and proactive client development
- Strategic client consulting and client leadership
- Independent management of client projects on a national and international level
- Responsibility for budget control of client projects
- Participation in pitches
