We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our growing creative team. This is a client-facing role for someone who lives to solve business problems through collaboration. Creative briefs are their love language, and slides make them happy.
Requirements
- Culturally literate and tapped into new & emerging platforms and formats.
- Keeping up with social trends, platforms, and internet culture
- Expert in Adobe Suite, with strong design skills
- Strong knowledge and use of AI tools and prompting
- Strong understanding of video production and editing
- Experienced in creating big ideas for big, ambitious brands.
- An ability to inspire, influence, and motivate others.
- Hybrid creative skills (e.g. a sharp wit and a good eye. You can art direct and write. You’re comfortable making and directing.)
- On-set production and post-production experience is a plus.
- Willingness to get your hands dirty and lead by example.
- Experience guiding teams and leading creative projects.
