Requirements
- Completed training in the electrical sector with further training to electrical master, technician or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the installation, maintenance or commissioning of electrical systems - ideally PV systems
- First experience in team management or a clear willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant norms and regulations (VDE, DGUV etc.)
- Safe handling of measurement and testing technology
- Driving license class B, ideally BE, as well as willingness to deploy nationwide
- Well-developed organizational skills, assertiveness and sense of responsibility
- Communicative strength and joy in further developing a team both professionally and personally
