WeVote is a volunteer-powered, nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to using technology to help voters make informed decisions. They are seeking volunteers to help find and recruit passionate individuals who want to contribute to their mission of building a stronger democracy through voter education. This is a flexible, 5-6 hour-per-week role focused on volunteer recruitment.

Requirements

• Screen and conduct interviews with potential volunteers.
• Help guide volunteers through joining the team.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisitions Operations team.
• Share WeVote's mission and identify volunteer opportunities.
• Learn recruiting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
