Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, volunteer coordination, or community engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up
• Energetic, organized, and motivated by mission-driven work
• A willingness to work with and support other volunteers
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or fundraising tools a plus
