Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm seeking a Financial Advisor to join a successful and growing team in Midland, MI. The Financial Advisor will provide exceptional financial plans, financial advice, and reviews to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

Requirements

• Manage existing client relationships to WEG’s planning-based standard of identity
• Facilitate the financial planning process
• Source and close prospects
• Mentor and train individuals on the team in technical areas of financial planning and client service
• Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and proficient in advisor/client facing technology
