- 3-5+ years in sales, including 1-2 years leading high-performing teams
- Built, hired, or scaled a sales team before
- Strong closer with deep understanding of sales psychology
- Motivate, coach, and hold others accountable to results

- Compensation: Base of $5,000 - $12,000+ Per Month to Start Based on Experience, Past Results & Tenure
