Job Description
Wealthfront is seeking a Client Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service and help clients use their products effectively. The role involves resolving client issues, assisting in asset allocation, and enhancing the customer experience, with a focus on building trust and delighting clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (retail banking, wealth management, asset management, or fintech preferred)
- Series 7 and 66 preferred (or must be obtained within 3 months)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and quickly
