Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in business administration, business informatics, media/communication or similar
• Clear, friendly, and structured communication on the phone
• Technical understanding (login, browser, basics)
• Enjoy direct customer contact and solution-oriented work
• Independent, reliable work style and solid time management
• Fluent German, good English skills are an advantage
