Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President to lead our AI+You program, a learning and activation program to accelerate AI fluency across the agency. The successful candidate will chart and evolve the learning + activation roadmap, design practical curriculum and content, and roll-out sessions and rally engagement.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years leading innovation, employee engagement, learning or change-management programs
- Hands-on familiarity with Gen AI platforms and a clear POV on responsible use
- Demonstrated success building integrated content ecosystems that boost engagement and adoption
