Job Description
Webflow is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the development of their core tools and platforms (CodeGen, CodeSync, Frameworks, and Webflow Cloud) into a full developer lifecycle. The role focuses on bringing AI-powered coding tools and infrastructure directly into the WXP to improve efficiency and scalability for teams. This position will drive product strategy, execution, and team growth in a globally-recognized company.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management
- 4+ years in leadership roles owning multi-surface developer platforms
- Strong technical fluency with developer platforms, cloud hosting, edge/serverless infrastructure, or AI-assisted coding
- Proven track record of shipping developer products
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
