Webflow is looking for a Principal Engineer in Argentina to help establish one of our first international engineering hubs. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Webflow’s technical foundation, culture, and long-term presence in the region.

Requirements

• Write and ship production code with high standards for quality and clarity.
• Make well-reasoned architectural decisions, documenting criteria, constraints, and tradeoffs.
• Deeply understand and improve our web platform foundation, including browser rendering, performance, networking, and security.
• Drive platform research and innovation by exploring new frameworks, tools, and methods.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across readability, reliability, and performance.
• Communicate clearly in technical discussions, framing problems precisely and connecting decisions to business outcomes.
