Webflow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build a next-generation, AI-native Digital Asset Manager (DAM) as part of their Webflow platform. This role involves designing, implementing, and improving user interfaces, APIs, and data architectures to enhance asset management workflows. Webflow aims to empower brands and teams with an integrated solution for managing visual assets at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing and deploying complex web applications
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Skilled with web technologies (Node.js, Javascript/Typescript, React, Express.js, MongoDB)
• Comfortable debugging production issues
• Experience designing and evolving complex web systems
• Valid right to work authorization
