Job Description
Medscape, a division of WebMD, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director of Client Success to lead a team of client success professionals. This role involves managing key client accounts, developing strategies to improve retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing client relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and driving business outcomes
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop and empower a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and client success tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience in pharmaceutical/HCP advertising, or healthcare, or medical/legal/regulatory review process
