Requirements

• Plan and execute event logistics for live events
• Manage event budgets and ensure proper forecasting and tracking of cost savings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective onsite marketing tactics
• Manage shipping of event materials and track supplies inventory
• Train freelance and Associate Event Management staff on the Live business and internal processes
