Sr. Product Manager, Payer Solutions

WebMD is seeking a strategic and user-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap and evolution of Coach, our flagship care management solution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, payer solutions, or clinical tools, and a strong understanding of care management, case management, or coaching workflows in payer environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, payer solutions, or clinical tools
• Strong understanding of care management, case management, or coaching workflows in payer environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and align across functions
• Proven ability to lead product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver on time
• Strong data skills — experience using analytics to drive decisions and product improvements
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, YouTrack, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Health Sciences, Engineering, or related field
