Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Odoo ERP
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Moroccan accounting standards
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, multi-currency transactions, and intercompany accounting
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
• Understanding of VAT, withholding tax, and Moroccan fiscal obligations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in French, English, And Arabic
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Adaptable to fast-paced startup/scale-up culture
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
