The role involves installing satellite internet systems, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service, requiring a tech-savvy individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of telecom systems and equipment
• Experience with fiber splicing and low voltage cabling
• Skilled with hand tools and network installation (Cisco routers a plus!)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Great communication abilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience as a service technician is a bonus
• Ladder capable of 3 stories
• Tools for facilitating a starlink install
• Ability to climb on roofs
