Digital Marketing Executive (UK, home-based)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team as a full-time home worker. The successful candidate will be required to visit our HQ in Jersey at least four times per year for team collaboration and company events, with all travel and accommodation expenses covered. We are a thriving digital agency, serving over 175 clients, designing, building, and marketing digital experiences that connect people and drive results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
• Proven ability to plan, deliver, and optimise high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to improving performance
• Confidence in producing clear client reports, analysing results, and presenting insights, areas for improvement, and new opportunities
