Banking Center Relationship Banker 1

We are seeking a Relationship Banker I to provide services for Banking Center customers and assist the team in achievement of sales, service, and operation goals. The role will process customer-related financial transactions, use excellent communication and active listening skills to learn about customers' financial needs, and develop and maintain strong partnerships with business segments.

Requirements

• Respond to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion
• Evaluate clients' needs and offer financial products and services
• Perform routine teller transactions
• Support segmentation strategy and implement sales initiatives
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies
