Job Description
As a Senior Analyst, Professional Practices at Webster, you will provide support for the Internal Audit department by implementing new processes and programs based on industry standards and regulations. You will assist in performance of internal Quality Assurance reviews, administer IA responses to regulatory requests, and support administration of the Risk Assessment process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined experience in an Audit, Financial Services, or Risk Management environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Strong program management, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards and Bank values.
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
