We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join our client's team in West Lancashire. As a Chartered Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in rural property management and valuation.

Requirements

• Conducting Red Book Valuation reports
• Providing advice on Countryside Stewardship and other rural business grants
• Managing estates, including landlord and tenant negotiations
• Offering advice on planning, diversification schemes, and strategic planning
• Overseeing residential lettings and management
• Providing compensation advice and general professional guidance, such as wayleave negotiations
• Handling agency tasks related to agricultural, commercial, and residential property
