Rural Valuer sought to join a global real estate services provider in their Sevenoaks office. As a Rural Valuer, you will provide expert consultancy services for rural and residential properties across South East England.
Requirements
- MRICS qualified with 3+ years' post-qualification experience
- RICS Registered Valuer status
- Excellent analytical skills and report writing abilities
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Deep understanding of rural property and agricultural markets
- Ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines
- Innate curiosity and drive to deliver efficient solutions
- Valid UK driving licence
