Requirements
- Experience in a People Lead or Head of People role within a tech, consultancy or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and People operations in small but scaling teams
- Confidence building structure in ambiguity, with the ability to zoom out strategically and zoom in to execute
- A practical, low-ego, collaborative style
- Curiosity and confidence using AI to optimise People processes, with a desire to keep pushing what AI-native PeopleOps can look like
