Mechanical Supervisor

Deliver a sustainable future with WA's landmark urea project as a Mechanical Supervisor with Clough. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha)
• Proven experience in supervising in a construction context, across mechanical/rotating equipment scope
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills
