Job Description
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will drive growth in the B2B SaaS sector by mastering the complex sales process, steering activities data- and KPI-based, and bringing deals to a successful close. You will also support less experienced colleagues and ensure new employees become productive quickly.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or software
- Verifiable successes in KPI-controlled sales and in achieving ambitious sales targets
- Developed hunter mentality combined with strategic thinking
- Secure appearance towards decision-makers as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
- High self-motivation, structured working method and pleasure in performance-oriented working
- Experience in professional guidance or training of colleagues
- Willingness to actively pass on knowledge and strengthen the team through expertise and lift it to the next level
