The successful candidate will lead the Mexican category management and marketing teams, driving sales, market share, and customer loyalty while fostering innovation and maintaining profit margins.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years of relevant work experience in go-to market or e-commerce/retail industries.
• Ability to build business relationships across departments and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Proven leadership skills in managing a consumer-driven business.
