Data Scientist

Weekday is seeking a Data Scientist to collaborate on projects, improve understanding of business problems, and develop new skills. The role involves data analysis, advanced analytics, and communication with clients to create innovative insights. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or PhD in a related field, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other tools.

• Applying advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems and create value for the clients.
• Conceptualizing business problems and drive frameworks.
• Managing engagements, client relationships, and displaying initiative.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
• Collaborating to work in cross-functional teams.
• A master’s degree or PhD in a related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or big data
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other programming languages and tools for data analysis and machine learning
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and robust data products using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience in using machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
• Familiarity with industry-specific skills such as retail analytics, healthcare analytics, financial analytics, etc.
