Job Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Founding Engineer to architect and develop scalable backend services for AI-powered lending workflows. The role involves designing and implementing APIs, optimizing for low latency, and managing containerized deployments using Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and experience building AI/LLM systems.
Requirements
- Architect and develop scalable backend services for AI-powered lending workflows
- Design & implement APIs for integration with loan platforms, payment systems, and compliance tools
- Optimize for real-time AI interactions with sub-700ms latency
- Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes
- Develop event-driven architectures using Python AsyncIO
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle – from design to deployment and monitoring
