GenAI Lead

This GenAI Lead role focuses on building and optimizing generative AI solutions, leveraging Temporal and pgvector, alongside a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams. The role emphasizes data privacy, security, and scaling enterprise AI solutions.

Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience with a strong balance of business and technical acumen.
• Expertise in Generative AI architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Temporal for orchestrating complex, distributed workflows.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and embeddings, particularly pgvector.
• Experience with graph databases, ideally Apache AGE, for knowledge graphs and reasoning.
• Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and scalable model deployment strategies.
