Head Finance and Accounts

This role is for a Head of Finance and Accounts to lead financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in accounting, finance, AP, and AR, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and implement robust financial controls. They will oversee the entire scope of finance functions from budgeting to statutory audits.

Requirements

• Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Supervise all general ledger functions, monthly/quarterly/year-end closing, and audit processes.
• Oversee and streamline accounts payable (AP) process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Supervise and streamline accounts receivable (AR) process, ensuring timely billing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounts team, driving process automation and system improvements.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and analytical abilities.
