Head of Embedded Solutions (IoT)

Weekday's seeks a skilled Head of Embedded Solutions (IoT) to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation embedded and IoT solutions. The role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in hardware, firmware, and communication protocols, capable of driving end-to-end IoT product development from concept to production. Candidates must have extensive experience with ESP32, EC200U, LoRa, Bluetooth, MQTT, and E-Metering systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in embedded systems or IoT development
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, EC200U)
• Hands-on experience with LoRa, Bluetooth, MQTT, and 4G/LTE communication protocols
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and embedded firmware development
• Experience with E-Metering systems, sensors, and low-power hardware design
• Familiarity with IoT cloud integration (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, etc.)
