Operations Intern (U.S. Time Zone)

Requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
• Maintain a 90%+ interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups.
• Handle primary operations related to U.S. candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Provide secondary support with email handling and database management.
• Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or no-shows.
• Maintain clear documentation and operational updates.
